Shipping
All products are shipped via UPS, DHL, or FedEx.
If any products are damaged or lost during shipment from Deadwood, you must notify us at customerservice@deadwood.se as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving your order. If products are damaged or lost during an exchange or return, you are responsible for covering the cost of these products. If a package goes unclaimed and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge you for the return shipping costs.
