Frequently asked questions about before, during and after purchase.
Click "Notify me when back" at the product page. You can also email us at customerservice@deadwood.se and make sure to instruct on the email subject line the product you would like to have an inquiry about. We will get back to you within 1-2 days during weekdays and 2-3 days on weekends.
If the item is in stock, it will be shipped within 3 business days. For made-to-order items, your order will be crafted specifically for you after it is placed. Once you complete your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all the order details and your order number, sent to the email address provided during checkout.
For made-to-order items, the processing and fulfillment time is approximately 7-14 business days. Once your order is ready for shipping, you will receive another email with your tracking number and shipping confirmation.
We offer a range of different payment types depending on what country you are in; such as Klarna, Paypal as well as all major credit cards. Read more about payments here.
We ship to most countries globally with very few exceptions. If your shipping destination for some reason is not supported at checkout, please make sure to reach out to customerservice@deadwood.se.
